Titan Eye Plus — Broken, soldered, scratched frame of Giorgio Armani - South Ex-Part 1

I gave my brand new frame of Giorgio Armani to Titan Eye Plus store at South Part - 1. It was a gift from my sister in the UK. So I thought of going to the best company I know in India for getting lenses and make the spectacles.

To my horror my son was handed over a broken, then soldered, scratched Giorgio Armani logo in the left side panel. Then with great difficulty (a fracture on my ankle) when I went to the store I was told that i myself had broken the same. I was taken aback seeing their audacity. I told them this is unacceptable. They finally agreed and told me that they have noted the model number and will get back to me.

No one reverted. I then called them again today i.e. 25th Nov 2020. I was told that they have written to their Bangalore office and are waiting for them to revert.

I feel I am being taken for a ride. They saw that I was helpless and could barely walk. They knew I did not have the strength to come back and fight and the issue will subside as I may just sit back and forget all about it.

I am very upset about all this as I truely believed in Tata as a company and did not think it will treat their consumer te way it did. I always try to buy clothes from Westside. If Car i prefer Tigor, Indica. As I respected the brand. Titan Eye Plus has broken my trust and I want to see how they respond to this complaint.

I will try to find all the higher authorities of Tata and will keep writing to them until I get a satisfactory response from them.
