I brought titan eye frame from Rajendra nagar, Patna but till now they are not changing the damage frame. Store not even replying or giving any kind of solution. This is really frustrating as a branded company is doing things like this. I need a quick action right now regarding this complain.

I have brought a Titan Frame on 5th Nov 2020 (Invoice #BXN0013269). The coating started to peel off about 7-8 months after using the product. I went to the nearest Titan Eye Plus store where they said there is no warranty on discounted frames. Is it because the discounted frames already have some dispute, and hence no warranty? Also when I brought the product I was not intimidated that there will be no warranty on discounted frames!

Desirable resolution: I am requesting a replacement of the frame.

I purchased a glass and frame from titan eye center madurai 30 c, ss colony 5th street, bye-pass road, madurai 625016 ph:[protected]
they are not provided titan eye case for the glass and frame, instead they provided me the fasttrack eye case which is not convenient, comfortable, reliable
I asked the store manager to provide me to titan case, but he negligent and he behaves very rudely which is very unprofessional abusing the words
Please take a severe action on him and kindly provide me the titan eye case immediately

I am Palak Jain from Bhilwara Rajasthan, I have recently purchased a frame of code FT1171WFP4V and Lenses of code STP16ZWM03220 and STP16ZWM04015.
After purchasing the lenses I faced a lot of problems in my eyes leading to swollen and a lot of pain . Suffering the same I went to the store and made a complaint but they didn't payed any attention. When I went for eye checkup it resulted the different number in my eyes from number they prepared. I showed them the slip but they denied and said what they have made is correct.

I purchased Eye glasses on 9 th August 2021, On that day they offered me if you products worth Rs.8000+ you will get 10% Discount or Rs.500. But my total bill was Rs.6794 and they said if you buy another product within 15 Days you will get your 10% Discount. So today i.e. 16th August 2021, I went to the store I purchased products worth Rs. 2795. The store refused to give Discount on my Purchase. They started telling me that the products you bought it comes under the Accessories section so we can’t give you Discount.
Now I’ll mention how many times they offered me Discount-
1) Purchase worth Rs.8000 you will get 10% Discount
2) Purchase worth Rs.6000+ you will get Rs.500 Off
At the time of billing they told me
3)You will get 10% off on your 2nd purchase
4)Then they told me you will get 10% off on lenses not on frames
At the I end refused to buy anything from the store .

Within just one month of purchase of titan eye glasses with clearsight lens i have started getting scratches. I bought the product from titan eye plus baripada, in odisha. I am not given a solution yet.

I just wanted to register my awful experience that I had with one of your showrooms.

Venue: Titan Eye Plus # 53-54 / 104, Mahadhana Street, near the Suzuki showroom, Mayiladuthurai 609001, Tamil Nadu.

I had bought glasses for both my father and mother. But my dad's glasses lens has a lot of stains on the lens that look super ugly. So we went shopping and they said they are providing a new glass and they gave but the same problem only occurs in 3 months. Please see the attached picture file on the problem for a better understanding. So we went back to the store and complained about the problem. But their behavior was super angry and they said you can do what you want, but we don't offer any support in this regard. They were super rude and treated us like they were just leaving the store. But we asked politely what we can do with this lens. Please try to report it to the data subject and take action, but they said there is nothing we can do and you can go. That's exactly what they said. I was super surprised.
Why are we spending too much money on your Titan brand? Because as a customer, we trust your brand. But where is the quality first of all and what kind of behavior is that "You can do whatever you want"? So this is how you train your employees to hand customers ? Very shameful, Titan! Because your employees make customers like me to take a decision like hereafter big "NO" to Titan and never ever recommend Titan to anyone in my life.

We're all going to shop for the brand, Titan? Not because the place looks nice or whatever.
I am very disappointed and hope Titan will look into my problems and provide a solution.

I have been continuously taken follow-up regarding the refund which was initiated from your end on 21st June. My bank needs more details since the refund was not credited to my account. Every time your customer service says we will solve this case asap but after that no mail no update from your end. When my order was returned to your warehouse, I did not receive any call or email and I was waiting for my order. Please refund the same amount asap.

I complaint against your storekeeper staff for mis-selling of product on Sunday but not received any response.
I purchased Frame with Lenses (Unbreakable) in March but previous week my left side Lense was broken. Store Pin Code - 380008,

I complaint them for this but they rudely behaved with me and one of your Staff (Mr. Sandip Singh) try to harm to me, provoke me in your store. He really misbehaved with me and uses inappropriate words against me.

Request you to please take strong actions against this staff, provide me my complaint status.

Placed order for lens on 09.06.21 with your Stores in New Alipore. They did not have lens. Requested me for 7 to 10 days time which I agreed. However, no call received for 20 days. On enquiry I was told that lens has arrived but there is no technician who will join the duty on Saturday and I would be delivered the Specs by 2.30 pm and they would confirm me of the readiness. No call received. I called up at 4.00 pm and as I could understand, no work was done. If this is the state of pathetic service, I will be the last person to visit Titan Eyeplus Showroom again,

I need to get my lenses replaced
They have me wrong diagnosis and wrong lenses
They have not given any warranty card
And they are saying they will not do anything

I got my eyes tested and ordered a new pair of lens which I received but after that I am not seen clear & my lenses have scratch. So kindly instruct to concern for resolve my problem

Hi we are from Titan eye plus store from besant nagar chennai, we sent a courier on 22/06/21. to address is titan eye plus lens lab chikkaballapur karanataka pin 562101. still now courier was no t delivered, we raised a complint about delay delivery to customer care but there is also not response. really disappointed ST COURIER SERVICE

On 4th May 2021, I tried placing an order with titaneyeplus.com.An amount of 5835 was debited from my card and also received the payment confirmation from Razorpay but the order never processed and their useless customer care keeps on saying that they woll respond in 48hours but no one even cares to reply on email or act on the refund.

In my Tax Invoice reciept of customer copy also called my bills, when I bought 1 products but in invoice there are 2 products price included in that invoice or bill reciept copy, shopkeeper take money from me of 2 products .

Through titan Eye plus website I placed order for frame and glasses and made a payment of Rs 5173 through HDFC net banking...after that I didn't got any order confirmation email or sms and after contacting they only says wait for next 24 or 48 hours and nothing happens.

I have purchased new specs from Titan Eye Plus, Vile Parle East Store by informing them its an emergency and needed by 31/03/2021.

Its been more than 12 days now I have not received my specs and due to mini lockdown they have kept closed the store. Other than Titan Eye Plus all optical stores are half open for emergency purpose and providing service and only this store is closed fully and unable to reach to them.

I have a request to them to pay me FULL REFUND and resolve this issue as I cant wait more and expect any kind of good service from them anymore.

I cant wait for a month to open the lockdown and their store to get my specs.

Taking specs from Titan Eye Plus is just waste of time and money.

On 14th March, we had been to himayatnagar Titan eye plus store of Hyderabad to purchase new spectacles and purchased it. At the same time I gave my old spectacles for frame alignment but received it with damage to the coating on right lens of the specs and raised the same query with the store in-charge but we have not received convincing response. We demand you to give us the solution for the damage occured asap.

The salesman from Kalyani Nagar Pune Branch given me clear lens saying it is not blue ray. Now I have realize it is pink coating. This is cheating

Further the anti reflection coating is also very poor

I got my eyes tested and ordered a new pair of lens which I received on 9th December but after that I am facing issues with that, the new lenses are causing me an eye strain which resulting in headache and tears from eyes and the same I communicated to the Titan store and visited again to check the problem but unfortunately they are not providing me any solution even they are saying me to wear the glasses for at least a week but how am I supposed to wear the glasses for the entire week when it causing me headache, tears and bit of blurred vision but still a wore the glasses for 2 days continuously now I cannot wear them any more.

I have visited store six times, I chose Titan because I wanted the best service which I assumed Titan would provide but no solution till now.
So please help me to get the issue resolved on priority basis.

Near vision and distant vision not clear. Focul kanth not correct. DV and NV calculation are wrong.

Eye test in focal length wrong.And calculation in both dv and nv are wrong

I have purchased your spectacles under one plus one offer. To my surprise the coating started peeling off which costs more than 25000 rupees . The quality of your product is worth less and advertisement seems no relevance when the cost is compared . I have replaced one and using the other with lot of difficulty. When I gave the other for repair the shop after a month informing me that it is one plus one offer hence we can replace one only. This is totally nonsense and I may resort to consumer forum to seek justice on my part. Due to covid I am unable to come very frequently outside hence the delay. Other wise this should have been given long back Hope you will understand the problem and give me a solution. I was a customer to your shop for a long time . Your decision in fact irritating me to continue the relation with you in the coming days.

Bought new frame from titan eyeplus and it is got broken within a month. Need replacement

2 June ko glass collect krne ke bad se meie lagatar toll free pr complain kr rahi hu ...per muje help nhi mil rha hai ..iss bar meie Titan eye plus se achha khasa pareshan ho rhi hu ...meie apna or apne bachhe ke lense ko ... titan show room se nhi Balki jaha se glass ban kar ata hai waha se power match karna chahti hu ...tho Aplog aesa kui nhi ke rhe hai .

I had very good impression of Titan but recently when I visited recently opened store at Goa veas Belgaum i was shocked by seeing behaviour of manager after taking advance amount nearly 3k for eye frame and glass by there request bcoz o[censored]navailability of eye check doctor from there side which is mandatory and at the same day I made purchase of wrist watch of 6.5k but later after a week during payment they started to charge1k additional on questioning the response was horrible as if we were thieves which in fact they are exploiting customers.. if you people want I can produce receipt
