Titan Eye Plus — refund not given | |||
I bought glasses from titan eye plus Kandivali East, Mumbai.The power of the lenses was not proper even after giving them to change two times.So I asked them for refund they took the product from me but I am not given the refund for this.From last 8 days they have been telling we have initiated the refund but no proper answer. Have even called their customer care number around 10-12 times.They say they will contact the store and get back but then no call from their side.The shop manager says we have to talk to higher authorities and the customer care support says that get in touch with the store from where you bought it they will guide you.But all waste of time and no proper guarantee of my refund.
