[Resolved]  Titan Eye Plus — Spectacle edge broke off - No Repair Service, No Replacement ( 6 Months purchase time)

Hi, I purchased Spectacles from Time Eye Plus, total worth of 9, 000 Rs (3500 Frame + 5500 Glasses), approx 6 Months back. Now lately, i got little jerk in crowd at spectacle and one of its side arm came off from one part. I took it to Titan Eye +, Agra, Bangalore and Titan Eye +, Electronic City, Bangalore, to ask them to repair it. They said, it cannot be repaired, when i reminded its only 6 Months old, they are asking me contact the outlet which sold it. Now, here is the funny part, Outlet which sold it (Titan Eye +, Central Mall, Bellandur, Bangalore), has shutdown its business totally. So, who gonna repair/replace the spectacles. This is just outrageous and not acceptable. Why the heck people shall go and buy your 3500 overpriced frames, if you guys can't even maintain a brand value and provide proper service. I mean seriously, you guys don't even bother to repair the frame you sold, forget about even trying to replace it. Attaching image of frame and image of the bills.
