[Resolved] Titan Eye+ — Unprofessional Service from Santa Cruz West Branch, Mumbai | |||||
I had purchased spectacles with lens - item code : FVO066AA on 30th Sept 2016 from Santa Cruz West. The frame did not fit correctly. I had to visit the store 4 times to repair it. Finally, on 8th Nov 2016, I went to return the same. The frame was replaced item code: FVO0253AA. However, when it came to the payment balance, I was told by the executive, Pankaj, that under warranty, the difference will not be paid to me neither by cash nor credit. It is under their company policy not to give any credit. Hence my question to Titan Eye Plus is - Why cannot a customer get a refund of a recent purchase in terms of a store credit?
