Hello Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i have purchased a Fastrack Wrist watch from Gambhir Enterprises (Yamunanagar - Haryana) on 21-11-12 with Model No: 3071SM01. Gambhir Enterprises have given 1 year of warranty. But before the completion of 1 year, we have faced many problems to use it. I have given it to service center ( World of Titan) in Noida sector 18 two or three times and they have also charged from us. Following are the attachments by which you have the better idea how many times we did its servicing. still i am facing the same problem and the warranty will be lapsed with in few weeks. request you kindly ask them to refund my money and the expenses i have paid to service center during warranty period. i thinkk a ame not able to wear that watch for at least 1 month Please revert this mail.
