My order not only took over three months to be delivered; I was also not nitified about any delay and an item being canceled for delivery. While these are common occurances, the least they could do is keep the customer updated. But it was always me that reached out to them to know the status of my order.
Additionally, I requested mutliple times that I'd like to cancel the order since the occassion I needed the outfit for was long past. They almost duped me by saying that the order is on high priority and almost ready to be delivered. The order was received 1.5 months after this claim.
And when I finally did receive my order, the XS size I had chosen was clearly not what I got. The outfit was double my size. Now I don't have the option to return it for a refund, only an option to apply for exchange. I'm apprehensive about this option since it's very likely they will take another 3-4 months to get me what I want. Was this information helpful? |
