Hi, i have placed an order during lockdown on 11th april, since then i am awaiting for it. It has been 3 months now. All i get the mails of a new dispatch details in response, they never process my order, they don't talk about refunds. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour.
Every time, they commit new dates, they don't call back and no updates from their part. Every time i see the delayed delivery date. They will stretch it, they lie, they misguide but no information on products. I m being patient because of pandemic effects the business, i get that, but then they must refund my money. Why they are taking new orders and texting people to shop from them, when they cannot fulfil, and here we talk about make in india, i shopped through them, to support indian goods, and here we are, no sense of responsibility. I get my products on time through international sites. This is so bad. How can they entrap my money. I have given a new date which is 5th august. But i am not sure, i am getting new dates since april.
