I had purchased a clothing item and when it got delivered, I found it was a completely different item than what i had ordered.
When i raised a support request, they are sending same emails again and again that they will schedule pickup and asking for item to be returned.
I have shared screenshots and details of the wrong item but they are still sending the same generic email.
This is really frustrating.
Also another item in my order is not delivered yet and they are extending the delivery date again and again and the support team is not at all helpful or co-operating with me to solve my issue
