I had purchased a clothing item and when it got delivered, I found it was a completely different item than what i had ordered.
When i raised a support request, they are sending same emails again and again that they will schedule pickup and asking for item to be returned.
I have shared screenshots and details of the wrong item but they are still sending the same generic email.

Ordered product on Jun 01 and still waiting for it on Sep 20... Have followed up with them regularly over this entire period only to get generic responses. And the worst part is, even after not delivering for over 15 weeks after order was placed, they wouldn't provide refund, only store credit for a store that would take 15+ weeks to deliver the product.

I placed an order on 15th Jul and now it is saying the expected delivery date is 12th Sep after delaying delivery 5-6 times. This is more than two months and still no guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date since it has been delayed countless times now. When I raised a request for cancellation I find that you won’t return my money but give me store credit. What good is store credit for a store which is never going to deliver my items? I have lost my patience now you lying cheating scammers.

After raising my concern to their support email I just get an inhuman response that we are sorry that this order is taking so long, please be patient.

My order not only took over three months to be delivered; I was also not nitified about any delay and an item being canceled for delivery. While these are common occurances, the least they could do is keep the customer updated. But it was always me that reached out to them to know the status of my order.
Additionally, I requested mutliple times that I'd like to cancel the order since the occassion I needed the outfit for was long past. They almost duped me by saying that the order is on high priority and almost ready to be delivered. The order was received 1.5 months after this claim.
And when I finally did receive my order, the XS size I had chosen was clearly not what I got. The outfit was double my size. Now I don't have the option to return it for a refund, only an option to apply for exchange. I'm apprehensive about this option since it's very likely they will take another 3-4 months to get me what I want.

They are more than one month late on my order. The customer service didn't have the decency to answer to my numerous email. It happened twice. The first time, they cancelled my order without notifying me... and without reimbursing me.

I ordered a dress from Tjori online an 2nd June and till this date have not received it. Whenever i write to the customer support, some generic reply comes back saying that due to minimal staff, the order is getting delayed. Please do not trust this brand .No one has called me from there explaining the delay .

I had placed an prepaid order for two clothing items on 9th April 2022. Today is 6th of May 2022 and have still not received my order. There is no number to contact them. Only email exchanges, where they have apologized for delay. However, even that has stopped now. They are not responding to further communication. I checked online, and found out that they are doing this with all their customers for the past 2 years. There are many complaints raised for the same issue.
The company needs to be banned from doing any business.

I was expected to get the order by 25th April as I've placed it on 13th April 2022. They've extended the date to 9th May 2022. It's still in the same status as before. I don't receive any responses, even when I've emailed them multiple times.

I'd like a full refund for my order (not a store credit).

I ordered red kulumkari trench coat with wooden buttons and received on 8th march 2022. The quality is too poor and not at all up to the mark. I initiated return request via mail. I received a mail which confirm the pickup schedule. But there was no one to pickup the item. After two days I again mailed to return the coat. They gave return mail for pickup... these continue till date. But no return pickup. I am experiencing the worst service...

Product ordered on 09/12/2021, which was to be delivered on 23/12/21, but the date of delivery is being shifted week by week after that. No proper reply to the emails sent . Neither are they refunding the money. No proper head for deliveries who can give a proper response.

I had ordered a dress from the site. I got the mail saying that it’s been shipped but I never received the parcel and my order history doesn’t show that particular order at all. It’s been wiped from the records. No response from Tjori.

This is regarding Order No: [protected]. I have not yet received the product nor refund for rupees 4551. Order canceled request (#444706) (#444707) (#444708) (#444709) they do not respond to emails. No action taken from their end whatsoever. So I have decided to take up this issue legally as they can’t dupe people. They don’t have a working phone number or a customer care which is a must for a e-commerce company.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! Incorrect items shipped, products unavailable so accepted a credit voucher, now those products are overdue by nearly a month. Of the two that actually WERE sent, one (again!) was incorrect. Lately NO response from customer service to emails, and when they did respond previously, they seemed not to have read my messages as they responded in ways that did not address the actual issue. The service is so bad as to be laughable, except they still have my money and I have no (or incorrect) products, so I'm not laughing. Pathetic!

I ordered 6 kurtas they deleyed the delivery since one of them was jot ready. Latet on after many complaints they sent the partial product. I got that. But the pending one kurta has reached yet in tge same address. I queried about it no reply yet. Please resolve this ASAP.

I purchased a kurta set for a boy and a khadi dress for girl. They extended the delivery date 3 times and took 2 months to deliver saying that they procured the wrong fabric. They simply refused to cancel the order even though the delay was very long. Finally the items arrived and I did a gently hand wash before using them. I was extremely upset to see that the dye colour on the buttons were bleeding and it stained the white kurta wherever there are buttons. So the kurta was a waste of money. The girls dress also has a big avoidable mistake. The neck is too small for the head even after opening the button. How can a good tailor make a blunder like this on a premium product? My only choice was to cut the fabric on the back of the dress with scissors to fit the head. So both my purchases are a waste. I know they won’t give me a refund so I didn’t even try to ask. Their website looks great. But they are doing such cheap work behind the scenes. Here are some photos. They are just trying to save their company by selling crap, nobody is doing any quality check before packing the items. They communicate only via emails. This way we are at their mercy after paying money. You can be sure that you will not be refunded if your product is damaged or is of poor quality.

I had placed an order with Tjori in the starting of september and till date i havent received it till date. The support staff is purely incompetent and does not know how to resolve the issue. Additionally, the refund policy is horribly bad

This is regarding my order experience with Tjori which was the worst online experience for me. I placed 3 dresses order on 14th August which was supposed to be delivered to me by 22nd August, 2021. I didn’t receive any order shipment or delivery details from the company. The order got delayed till 2nd September and then to 15th September without any notification given. After writing a mail I got a mail saying I will be contacted which was not done either. Unfortunately, it was a pre-paid order so I had no other option except for waiting. I got my order which was partial(2 out of 3 dresses) that too the quality was not up to the mark and the buttons were not done properly. I asked them to cancel my order and refund to which they said to issue a credit note. As a customer right I can claim to refund my money as the order was extremely delayed and I was neither asked nor informed about the issue.
I need my money back from these unprofessional people.

I ordered from Tijori a dress and it came torn. No reply from customer service even after sending them so many emails. Phone numbers are deactivated. Cheating people with their money. Sent them a message on Facebook. No reply.

I ordered 3 products of clothing on Tjori. They did not deliver on time and when they delivered, the app did not update delivery.
I put in return request on the day of delivery. After trying a couple of times, I realised that the app was not accepting return request as the delivery was not updated.
They say that their customer care number is not working as people are working from home. Entire world is working from home and all of their numbers are working.

After that I searched for email I’d and wrote email. After 10 email exchanges they said you have contacted us late and we will not exchange.

Separately, the products are extremely low quality and appears to be used products.

Ordered three garments. I am happy with two but the third one is not as per order. The material, colour and look not same as shown in figure. Even inner of the dress is also missing.

I mailed thrice on [protected]@tjori.com but no response.

Waiting for quick response as I wish to continue buying from them.

I placed an order with Tjori on the 1st of July for three items for a total order value of Rs. 2625/-. Now they have reduced the order value to Rs. 935/- and keep shifting the delivery date forward. Also there is no phone no you can contact and they are not responding to the emails. I mailed them on [protected]@tjori.com asking them to cancel the order and issue a refund but they are not agreeable to that stating it's not company policy they can only issue a credit note. But if you are unable to deliver the product as per the committed timeline then what's the point of a credit note. I have read reviews about Tjori where people said that Tjori takes forever to deliver the order. But I still trusted my instincts and ordered. Guess I was wrong. I don't think it's a genuine website should be looked into as a web frauds usurping people's hard earned money. Now they have stopped responding to my emails.

Request your good self to look into this website and save many other consumers from this fraud.

Placed an order for 2 items on 15th Jan 2021. My daughter was to travel out of india on 23rd Feb 2021 so safely assumed that the order will be delivered.
Part order was delivered just before her departure.
However the remaining order is yet to be delivered as on 8th March 2021.
They keep shifting the date of dispatch.
I have no idea whether I will receive the order.
Money gone down the drain
They are not even available on phone citing work from home due to Covid.
I see no logic in this policy

I have ordered 2 dresses from tjori.com...but the item delivery is getting delayed...so i opted to cancel the order...but the support team neither accepted the cancel request nor refunded the money...such a fraudulent app

I placed an order on 19th Sep and yet some items are yet to be delivered. To top it, they delivered some items out of which one is a wrong item. I have been emailing them regarding these issues and nobody is replying since September! I am extremely frustrated since their phone number is suspended due to Covid (phone suspended due to covid?! That's the point of working from home - use your phones and emails!!!) and nobody is even replying to my emails since September. There is no other way to resolve this! And they have taken full amount for the order (not a small amount! It is: INR 6187!!!) and are not even replying to my emails about wrong delivery and incomplete delivery! This is complete robbery to be honest.

Issue number 1 is: I sent an email on 28th Sep saying: "One of the items that I ordered is Golden Pentagon tea light holder (see pic attached of what I ordered). It got delivered to me but the wrong item got delivered. I got a rectangular tea light holder delivered instead."
For this I received a reply (stated as #238225 in their email) saying I can exchange it or return it. Please remember it was their fault that they delivered a wrong item and not mine! I replied on 29th Sep asking for an exchange. after that I did not receive a reply. I did not receive the correct item. There has been no exchange and no communication at all. It has been one full month since then. I'm extremely frustrated about this and I find it to be very unacceptable and fraudulent behaviour on Tjori's part.
Imagine the number of times I emailed and how much time I spent writing all those emails!!!

Issue number 2 is: It has been almost 40 days since I placed the order but I still did not receive one item yet. They haven't replied about this also. For this also, they obviously took full payment upfront! And yet no delivery. What does one call this? Fraud/robbery?

I emailed them one last time today (28 Oct). If I don't receive a reply and they don't resolve this, I'm going to take next steps (social media and consumer court).

Don't ever buy from Tjori. They will take the money, they will not deliver, they will not reply to your emails, their phones won't work, they will deliver incorrect items. Everything that can go wrong in an order will go wrong, that too with full payment already done! Worst e-com website and company and total FRAUD.
