I placed on order on 30th july and i am yet to receive the order. They keep delaying the delivery every week. Basically they don't have any customer care and there is only one phone number and one email id on their website. The telephone number is fake and does not work. If you email them then out of 20 emails they may respond to one just stating the apology for the delay but they never mention about when we will receive the product and the reason for the delay.
I think this is a fraud company and i have lost the money i paid. If we comment on their fb/instagram post asking for the update then they immediately delete the comment/post. There is no way to reach out to them at all. Once paid money is gone, so dear customers please do not order from tjori.com their website looks very fancy but they are only out there to cheat people. Please be conscious and mindful before ordering with them as i have had a very bad experience.

I purchased a culotte saree from tjori.com in the month of may 2020. The order arrived on 25th august (Thankfully the same year!). Upon opening, the saree measures 0.98 metres to be precise. I immediately shot a mail to them with a complaint that it is too short, unlike the website where the length of the saree is 3.5 metres and that it doesn't match the pictures as shown on the website.
And then, the cycle of irritation began, since they chose to deliberately keep mum. Absolutely no response from the customer support for days. When i sent a mail enquiring about delivery of other products in the same order + the complaint in another para, they responded to the delivery date only. Carefully ignored the complaint.
I would like to have the product replaced, or returned, at the earliest since this correspondence is exhausting and is causing unnecessary harassment to me for absolutely no fault of mine. That's not how online business works.

Wrong parcel
I ordered for 3 unstitched cotton suit pieces from tjori with online payment on 10th of May
Only 1 suit piece was delivered to me...
On 7th of July after innumerable emails sent by me I received 2 cheap t-shirts instead of 2 salwar suit pieces which I ordered

Hi, i have placed an order during lockdown on 11th april, since then i am awaiting for it. It has been 3 months now. All i get the mails of a new dispatch details in response, they never process my order, they don't talk about refunds. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour.
Every time, they commit new dates, they don't call back and no updates from their part. Every time i see the delayed delivery date. They will stretch it, they lie, they misguide but no information on products. I m being patient because of pandemic effects the business, i get that, but then they must refund my money. I have placed online order on tjori for sanitizer spary on 25.05.2020 through [protected]. Till date material not ready and not dispatched. I tried cancel the order. But tjori refuse cancel order. Tjori is give false promises and false statement that material ready for dispatch and shipped through courier pickrr through awb no[protected]on 04.06.2020. But yesterday courier pickrr has confirmed materials not handed over to them till date. I request take action against ms tojri. Also cancelled my order and adequately compensate me. P. S. Reddy

defective and incorrect product sent for the 3rd time

The first experience ordering on tjori was terrible. They sent a torn/defective product. They do not refund your money back and instead give you a credit to purchase another product.
Since the amount i paid for the first was fairly big i did not have an option but to order something else.
The 2 items i ordered have both turned out to be defective again..
So basically i need to go through the circus again to return, wait for the credit, order something else again..
Do you guys think this is a joke? Have some respect for your consumers time who are actually the reason your business flourishes.
Mansi gupta - the founder of tjori really needs to pay some attention. Would help if someone can post mail id online so we can write to her directly about her trashy company.
Though their website posts some really good stuff that tempts you to purchase; please expect a terrible customer experience when you order from here. You may just receive the wrong order...

I am regular customer with tjori, brought so many products but this thing never came. I read your comment and felt concerned. Honestly, the service is really nice and the money thing doesn't matter as the product are good. You may have encountered this situation. I would suggest you call them or email them that works and they answer also.

Firstly, i cannot figure why their pricing is different when one accesses their us site compared to the indian site. When i asked them, their customer support stated because of customs incurred in the us etc. But their item was shipped from new delhi to singapore! I bought clothing from them and i am utterly appalled by the shoddy stitching. No interlocking was done on one of the pants so i had to send to a tailor and paid more money to have it fixed. As for the other clothing items, all of them had below par stitching and i spent a good time removing lose threads and fixing poorly stiched parts. If i leave it be, i'm sure it will give way in 2 to 3x of wearing them. It is obvious they don't have any qc. Buyers, beware. Dont get cheated.

This is high time i am writing any complaint for the company. It is very irresponsive and even with a poor customer care. I am highly irritated and ask you to help me out of this. They are not picking my calls and i am facing my problem in delivery.

I placed order for a dress with tjori on 7-nov. Made online payment for the item. It's been 23 days now and the parcel is not yet received. I am following up with tjori team on regularly basis but all efforts in vain. I didn;t know that they so so unprofessional & highly inefficient in satisfying customers when the other sites are delivering products within a week. This is my first and the last order with tjori! I am going to add my awful experience on all the social networking sites.

Very Bad customer experience !!! (Very Very BAD)
1. The products are highly overpriced (what you see online is just good photography)
2. I got a faulty product, kolhapuri chappals which are costing 2k and there sole was peeling of right from the start
3. I couldn't reach the customer care, beacuse all lines are busy (all the time)
4. when i wrote an email about my concern got a reply stating that this cannot be returned as it is a customized product (why is a footwear customized product) and it is impossible to reach them and raise a concern.

I have brought so many footwear from tjori and they have been nice and comfortable too. They all are handcrafted that's why maybe you got that issue. My suggestion is to ask them to make it fit for you like the correct the product or something. May be this can help you better.
Loved my Afghan jewelry. They've got some great bunch of collections and very much updated with trends and fashion.
Extremely happy with my purchase from Tjori! Good quality, good price. Have bought apparels, footwear, jewellery and personal care. Love them all!!
Terrible experience, their support system sucks! Got a nose pin ordered and almost after 1 month got it delivered, still the nose pin was not as shown as the picture and was oversized. First and last experience with this awful site.

Hi, I have been a regular customer of tjori and never faced such issues. I would suggest you to email them, they revert on emails better.
Such a worst experience from this tjori I ordered on 25 and even after a week no msg call I called so many times but these people are pathetic and so bad that literally I want to beat them pls dnt Buy anything from here

Hi Jaya, I have brought products from tjori and they delivered in 5 days of time. The reviews I have seen were not good but I took the risk and ordered and i think i made the right decision. The products are nice and they were packed well. This is also a great place to shop.
Beware of this UNTRUSTWORTHY and DISHONEST company. After delivering the WRONG item from the one I ordered on their website they have disappeared and there is NO WAY to get in touch with them as they only have an automated phone system with no human interface to speak to! Repeated follow ups by email has only met with silence or nonsensical useless responses that do not address my specific concern. There is zero intent on their part to make good the damage they have caused by delivering the wrong item to me, there ha not been a phone call to reach out to me nothing. On top of this they send one way WHatsapp messages stating they cannot arrange a pick up and that I the already inconvenienced customer need to figure out how to ship the wrong delivery back to them after which they will inspect and offer me an exchange! !!An exchange !! Why would I want an exchange from this unreliable untrustworthy company after they messed up big time and continue to be awful thereafter - all I want is my money back and that they are penalized for such wrong doings and taking the public for a ride! They are shocking in their lack of concern for customers after getting their money out o[censored]s and I want this known to as many new customers like me as possible.

I have ordered on 16th april but got d products yesterday, after more then a month, could not get through their customer care. And quantity is too less, had tried their hair pack today, almost half of d pack was used in one go
I recently brought few dresses and they really good and they delivered it on time as well. I don't know how you guys are facing so many issues. Tjori has been a good brand and they are selling handcrafted and organic stuff which is also great stuff.
My experience with Tjori was good, i have ordered tones of products and they have given me good quality as well as the service was also great. Though when they told me there is a problem i understood because sometimes this happens, by keeping patience i got the delivery as well as they have given me a note of thanking for being a patience.
My review for tjori goes like this, i good website and the service is also great. The products i have got are really nice and they were packed really well. At first i was concerned but then i got connected to their team and they assured me about the delivery and products. Nice experience overall.

Hi I have order my product 4 months back .but still get the products till late all false dates have been giving to me. First wrong size have been delivered. Then no product is been delivered. I am so much frustrated. All the festival have gone and am just waiting for it.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a kurta received waste version of it returned and followed up with mails mANY TIMEs for reply finally received the same waste piece. Again returned same process continued. They are fraudsters. Never waste your money buying your products here. They a ###.
Tjori team service is one of the worst services I have gotten so far. I had ordered this product and did not receive the entire set and the colour is nowhere near the one shown online. I tried sending it back. I sent a minimum of 50 mails and waited for 2.5 months and still waiting for someone to come and pick up the product. Very irresponsible behaviour and extreme lack of service. The stupid product is still lying with me, with one one to bother doing anything. I requested a refund and I am not even getting a rupee back for the mistake that amazing TJORI did. I have made an order 0f 30, 000 rupees until now from tjori, and they first time I tried returning, this is the service I get. Major issue in fitting for earlier products as well. Never buying from Tjori again. And I suggest the same to everyone else

Having an horrible experience with this site. Have ordered a skirt 2 months back and now the only thing i can see is extension of my delivery date. Would never recommend this site. No customer care number. Feel cheated.

I ordered a pair of earrings from tjori.com on June 10, 2016. Order no.[protected]. I received them yesterday. They are very cheaply made. The wires are so thick that my ear began to bleed when I tried to push it in.
I immediately emailed them and requested a refund. After hours one customer care staff replied, very casually and offered a reverse pick up and a voucher.
I refused to accept the voucher as I do not wish to shop from them again. I have had enough. They did not reply me back.
Today they sent an email advising me to be patient as they only reply after 24 hours (!!!) to any query and flatly refused to give me back my money.
However, it is clearly mentioned in their return policy that they give full refund.
I feel cheated.
The internet is becoming filled with such fraud, incompetent websites that are fooling the customers and also misbehaving.
