I placed order for a dress with tjori on 7-nov. Made online payment for the item. It's been 23 days now and the parcel is not yet received. I am following up with tjori team on regularly basis but all efforts in vain. I didn;t know that they so so unprofessional & highly inefficient in satisfying customers when the other sites are delivering products within a week. This is my first and the last order with tjori! I am going to add my awful experience on all the social networking sites.

Very Bad customer experience !!! (Very Very BAD)
1. The products are highly overpriced (what you see online is just good photography)
2. I got a faulty product, kolhapuri chappals which are costing 2k and there sole was peeling of right from the start
3. I couldn't reach the customer care, beacuse all lines are busy (all the time)
4. when i wrote an email about my concern got a reply stating that this cannot be returned as it is a customized product (why is a footwear customized product) and it is impossible to reach them and raise a concern.

Super sucky !!

I have brought so many footwear from tjori and they have been nice and comfortable too. They all are handcrafted that's why maybe you got that issue. My suggestion is to ask them to make it fit for you like the correct the product or something. May be this can help you better.
Loved my Afghan jewelry. They've got some great bunch of collections and very much updated with trends and fashion.
Extremely happy with my purchase from Tjori! Good quality, good price. Have bought apparels, footwear, jewellery and personal care. Love them all!!
Terrible experience, their support system sucks! Got a nose pin ordered and almost after 1 month got it delivered, still the nose pin was not as shown as the picture and was oversized. First and last experience with this awful site.

Hi, I have been a regular customer of tjori and never faced such issues. I would suggest you to email them, they revert on emails better.
Such a worst experience from this tjori I ordered on 25 and even after a week no msg call I called so many times but these people are pathetic and so bad that literally I want to beat them pls dnt Buy anything from here
Worst site I ever seen I dint check people review before buying from here otherwise I wouldn't place order. Worst word is not sufficient to explain this e cheap site

Hi Jaya, I have brought products from tjori and they delivered in 5 days of time. The reviews I have seen were not good but I took the risk and ordered and i think i made the right decision. The products are nice and they were packed well. This is also a great place to shop.
Beware of this UNTRUSTWORTHY and DISHONEST company. After delivering the WRONG item from the one I ordered on their website they have disappeared and there is NO WAY to get in touch with them as they only have an automated phone system with no human interface to speak to! Repeated follow ups by email has only met with silence or nonsensical useless responses that do not address my specific concern. There is zero intent on their part to make good the damage they have caused by delivering the wrong item to me, there ha not been a phone call to reach out to me nothing. On top of this they send one way WHatsapp messages stating they cannot arrange a pick up and that I the already inconvenienced customer need to figure out how to ship the wrong delivery back to them after which they will inspect and offer me an exchange! !!An exchange !! Why would I want an exchange from this unreliable untrustworthy company after they messed up big time and continue to be awful thereafter - all I want is my money back and that they are penalized for such wrong doings and taking the public for a ride! They are shocking in their lack of concern for customers after getting their money out o[censored]s and I want this known to as many new customers like me as possible.

I feel really bad for you but my experience has been good all the time, there timeline is a bit long but they deliver and they are good at their products as well. I think you should email them or contact them on social channel through messages. This will definitely help you.

I’m order 4 products in tjori still not get any update from 19th feb..their customer care number is also not correct ..totally confused what to do ..plz suggest me how to contact with customer care
I have ordered on 16th april but got d products yesterday, after more then a month, could not get through their customer care. And quantity is too less, had tried their hair pack today, almost half of d pack was used in one go
I recently brought few dresses and they really good and they delivered it on time as well. I don't know how you guys are facing so many issues. Tjori has been a good brand and they are selling handcrafted and organic stuff which is also great stuff.
My experience with Tjori was good, i have ordered tones of products and they have given me good quality as well as the service was also great. Though when they told me there is a problem i understood because sometimes this happens, by keeping patience i got the delivery as well as they have given me a note of thanking for being a patience.
My review for tjori goes like this, i good website and the service is also great. The products i have got are really nice and they were packed really well. At first i was concerned but then i got connected to their team and they assured me about the delivery and products. Nice experience overall.

I ordered a three piece kurta from Tjori.com
One can see them Advertising all over the Facebook and Instagram.
What I received from them on was not of the same quality that I had figured at their online site . Unfortunately I had not gone through their return policy!!
I found no customer care no. on their website, and the no. that I could manage to get finally from facebook account, it doesnt work.
I finally managed to contact them through facebook messenger .
According to them, the Return Policy states that I can put in a request for return but the money will not be refunded, instead the customer could buy something else of the same amount.
This means that I had to pick up something worth Rs 3500 at any cost, even though I had no confidence in their product.
I too mailed a request on their Id [protected]@tijori.com, with the particulars of the order and the receipt along with photos, but in response they sent me the messenger chat!!
So friends, beware from shopping from such sites and Do read their Return Policy before buying any stuff.

Yjori is gori.
Better be far from this worst company. They loot your money and will never give you the product or refund. I had paid for sanitizers and it’s almost a month and not yet received the products. The update on website says they need 20 more days to deliver product. The delivery date keeps changing as they like. The worst service I had seen in my life. Guys please don’t get trapped with such fraud company. The worst the worst the worst.
Extreme bad experience I placed order on 5 may 2020 it has been two months I am yet to receive my order . Have been constantly writing to them and every time I receive a message saying your issue is resolved .

Wrote to them a number if times after which they picked my garment for exchange
Two months have passed but they have neither provided an exchange or refund of my money

Please don't buy anything from Tjori
Hi I have order my product 4 months back .but still get the products till late all false dates have been giving to me. First wrong size have been delivered. Then no product is been delivered. I am so much frustrated. All the festival have gone and am just waiting for it.
My Order ID. [protected] . It is annoying to wait this much. I have raised to return my money but no no response m getting. Please team look into your supply chain department.
Worst experience ever. Ordered a kurta received waste version of it returned and followed up with mails mANY TIMEs for reply finally received the same waste piece. Again returned same process continued. They are fraudsters. Never waste your money buying your products here. They a ###.
