Tne Solutions — fraud captcha work | |
Last month i had recieved a call from tne solutions saying that they are providing some work from home data entry captcha work. They said monthly salary would be about 21000 and i had to pay them rs 5000 once after i get my first salary for maintenance charges. They asked for my id card and said that i would be receiving a verification call. Then they sent me a link which turned out to be an agreement. However in the agreement it was written that i had to pay rs 5000 every month to the company. I was not quite convinced and asked them regarding it. The person akash said that there must be some mistake on the agreement and that i forward him the mail. I asked them for the company details and only after reviewing that i will agree to any agreement. They kept asking me to forward the link they had sent me because he thought there was some mistake and when i did, akash ([protected]) digitally signed the agreement without even my consent and he blocked me on his number. I immediately sent him an email which i will attach below. Today (7/8/2020) i received a call from a legal associate ([protected]) asking me if i had signed any agreement with tne solutions and he has sent me two mails asking me to settle the mediation. Please suggest me what is to be done and how to take action against such fraud job providers. Please help me out. Jul 22, 2020 Updated by Rosy Kangjam I received a mail from an advocate(notice.[protected]@gmail.com) on behalf of Stallion Intellectual Private Ltd and Tne Solutions(subsidiaries) accusing me of wrongfully trying to extract money and blackmailing them and using absurd language and using bad words against the client and his family.I had very politely wriiten my complaint on this forum so that my issue gets resolved .However i was contacted by [protected]@gmail.com and asked to mark my complaint as resolved else the company will take legal action against me.I asked for a confirmation from the company that the issue is dissolved then only i shall mark the compaint as resolved on this website.On the contrary they have sent me a legal notice stating that i should stop uploading on social media or any other websites and to submit and apology.I am attatching the emails.Please do point out if i have used any absurd language or if i have defamed anyone. Let us not get fooled by such fraud companies and allow them to mentally harass us.    | |
