They are again sending messages to me for court case

I got the message from tne solutions for captcha work and payment was 22000 for 10 days work. They mailed me a agreement link in which there was nothing only a link no instructions nothing so refused to do the job and now they are calling me and telling you voilated the rules pay us 6500 rs for noc otherwise they will case against me in court...

I got a call from this company (Vidya-[protected]) for captcha work for which they said will be paying 22500 for 10days working for 10000 captcha working with 90%accuracy else a mount of 5400 will be deducted from the salary. She shared me a agreement mail to me but i have denied to her that i am not interested for working this job. After that those excutive confirm me that i have cancelled your form. But today one call is coming from one advocate and he said me that you have a legal case and you should paid penalty amount immediately otherwise court behold the right to take strict action against you. Now i am trying to reach with those executive for confirmation, but she one time receive my phone then said me wait for some time i will check and revert back to you. Now she not pick up my phone call also not responding my whats up messages. I request you please help on this case.

Hello everyone, (TNE Solutions ) This a fake company I got call from this (Tne solution) company for captcha work for which she said will be paying 22500 for working in which 5000 will be deducted as my first time joining fee or consultancy fee and i would get 17000 rupees.
Then she pinged me in my whatsapp and asked for my id proofs... She told me work is very simple you have to do just copy and paste... And she send me the video... Which containing wht type of work will be.. After some time i got a mail from them which saying agreement procedure.
This mail is received in spam folder they ask the message for confirmation so I send her.
But I doubt that why this mail come in spam folder. So next day I refused to do work with them.Now she is saying that they will fine 5000 penalty, they not tell me earlier.
Now today I got a message ( Court Notice of your ?Breach of Contract? case under the Section- 73&74 has been sent on your email add & on your whatsapp. Call [protected] for any query / assistance.)
They are cheaters also I got a call from this no. There is a men on call shivkumar Verma was call from Maharashtra and asking me about this message I refused to tell him anything.
He told me that I will receive a call from my nearest police station.
Plz save me in this matter
And help me and others like this fraud company.
Plz punish them.
Take right action against this cyber crime.

From company I didn't get any verification call about work and signed me as a freelancer for captcha writing, on 19 July 2020 I get a call from advocate that you breached our agreement so a penalty is due on about Rs. 5000/. Without any verification they register me without giving any practical of work, and they said that it is your fault that you don't call back.

Hi i am suman chatterjee from kolkata. I got a call from tne solutions promising me to give online job on captcha work. They sent me a link of terms and condition where it is written that i would be given a salary of 22000 and have to pay an amount of 17000 rs from the 1st salary and if i fail to do so i would be charged an penalty. Now there is no link on that server and that have sent me a legal notice on my email saying that i have breached their code of conduct and i need to pay the penalty. I haven't signed any legal document but still they sent me a notice here. I don't know what to do kindly help me here as soon as possible.

I got a call from TNE solutions to pay money for not submitting the work and for breaking the bond. There was no such bond. Earlier one of the employee from the company called me and asked to join the work and took the details, but I didn't receive any type of work from them and they didn't respond to me. Please take action. Now they are asking me to pay money for resolving the issue for and for not completing the work.

I, Desh Bandhu, am getting threatened from a fraud company TNE solutions and they are asking for money these things started few days back when i get a call from a executive regarding project work and she told me that we will provide you a project work of captcha filling on which you will have to fill 10000 captcha in 10 day and for that you will be paid rs 22000 in which 90 percent accuracy is mandatory if you are unable to do that we will not provide you any amount i just little bit confused but he told me that say yes on verification call after that i will make you understand i did what she said after that he asked one document again i did the same what he said and then without informing me he made a agreement also and when i go through it then i get to know that if i am unable to submit the project in tat then i have to pay rs 5000 i just shocked to see such things in agreement. After 10 days i got a mail of payment intimation from Mr. Sidharth Verma as so called advocate that i got your file from TNE solution that according to the aggreement you are failed to submit the project and you are not paying the amount of maintenance charges so we will send you a legal notice and you have to come Gujrat after that i defended myself very strongly said that there is no any signature of mine in the agreement and i have the call record also and i have done the work you got my file from TNE solution but i had registered with TNE solutions and there is no any company called TNE solutions registered on Gujrat and after that he send me a fake notice through mail also and text msg also that your file no 3945601 is going to further proceeding and you will have to reply with in 7 days... So these are the things which is happened till now...

I got a call from TNE solutions on 20 June 2020.A boy spoke to me.He said his name is Vivek.He said, "This is job and anyone can do it, you just have to type 10, 000 captchas in 10 day's and you will get Rs17, 500 ;It is Rs22, 000 but it will get deduct for the first time."I asked if i have to pay anything, "He said you have to pay nothing and if you take work you will be given ID and...

Last month i had recieved a call from tne solutions saying that they are providing some work from home data entry captcha work. They said monthly salary would be about 21000 and i had to pay them rs 5000 once after i get my first salary for maintenance charges. They asked for my id card and said that i would be receiving a verification call. Then they sent me a link which turned out to be an agreement. However in the agreement it was written that i had to pay rs 5000 every month to the company.
I was not quite convinced and asked them regarding it. The person akash said that there must be some mistake on the agreement and that i forward him the mail. I asked them for the company details and only after reviewing that i will agree to any agreement.
They kept asking me to forward the link they had sent me because he thought there was some mistake and when i did, akash ([protected]) digitally signed the agreement without even my consent and he blocked me on his number. I immediately sent him an email which i will attach below. Today (7/8/2020) i received a call from a legal associate ([protected]) asking me if i had signed any agreement with tne solutions and he has sent me two mails asking me to settle the mediation.
Please suggest me what is to be done and how to take action against such fraud job providers. Please help me out.

On 23/06/2020 i received a call from regarding captcha filling work. The lady her name yasmine informed me that i need to complete 10, 000 captcha words in 10 days to receive the payment of 2.25 rupees per word. That caller asked me to provide him my address proof, hence on good faith i sent him driving licsene through whatsapp. After that he sent me a mail from [protected]@gmail.com with a link stated as agreement procedure. On 23/06/2020, i filled all the details and digitally signed it and submitted it shown me the congratulations message for registering. After, that i got a mail
On 24/06/2020 asking that i registered for the captcha work and received my creditionals, i confirmed the same. I was done that work till 06/07/2020 and suddenly got a mail on today 06/07/2020 from neeraj thakur number [[protected]] that i have to pay the fine amount for not completing work. I told him that i worked already into it but he said your work is not submitted into the company portal’s said company give me the url and loginid pwd and i worked already on daily basis and in the portal they are already show on report section. I said how can you fine me but he was not listening at all and saying that you have to pay fine or will file a case against you. I got 4-5 time calls and they are creating pressure to pay amount without providing work.
I am worried about this, and when i checked about the company i found that they use the details to file a case against people who registered. Now, as i found today, i would like to request you for the help on this matter.

मेरे पास एक कॉल आया कांति नाम की लड़की का वो बोली ऑनलाइन जॉब करता है आपको २२५०० मिलेगा । तो मैने हा किया उन्होंने मेरा registratio कर लिया और एक मेल किया । मेल में एक लिंक थी वो बोली वो लिंक मुझे send करदो ।मैने krdi में बोला मुझे पढ़ने तो दो तो बोली नहीं आप बाद में पढ़ना पहले लिंक भेजो मैने भेज दी। वो बोली आपको कॉल आयगा। बोला बस हा बोलना है। लेकिन मु झे कोई भी कॉल नहीं आया। बाद में उस लड़की ने एक लॉगिन आईडी भेजी । इसे लॉगिन करो। मैने बोला कहा करना h केसे करना है। तो कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आया फिर बाद में बोला हेल्पलाइन पर कॉल करो मैने बहा कॉल किया । तो कोई रिप्लाई नहीं कॉल ही नहीं उठा या । उसके कुछ दिन बाद एक कॉल आया । वो बोला मैं एडवोकेट बोल रहा हू अपने कंपनी का काम नी किया। आपके खिलाफ केस हुआ है तो में बोला किसका और कैसा केस । अपने tne सॉल्यूशन का काम नहीं किया । तो में बोला कम्पनी ने मुझे बताया h नहीं और ना कॉल उठया। तो बोला की आपको पैसे देना होने कमपनी का मेंटेनेंस चार्ज । अपने सिग्नेचर किए है तो में बोला मैने कोई सिग्नेचर नहीं किए। सब उन्होंने h फिल कर लिया। आपकी रिपोर्ट होगी आपके खिलाफ वारंट आयेगा । में बोला ठीक है। अब वो मुझे बार बार मेल कर रहे । मुझे नोटिस का बोल के बार बार धम का रहे है। इससे मेरी मानसिक तनाव बढ़ रहा है।

Yesterday i got a call from this number [protected] . She told me to do captcha code job and told me to send my mail id and my Aadhar card proff so i did after that i got a mail in my spam mail box so i didn't click on link. When i see tne solutions company mail in my spam box i understood this is not verified company so search for review and there it is written very clear what this company do how they fool people. After sometime again i got a call from same number she was saying that my senior will call you and u have to give answer in yes or no..then i got call from this number [protected].
She asked me are u registered for this company i said no... because i already have seen review... nd today morning i got a mail stating u have successfully registered for this company here is your login id and password...i called her but they didn't pick my call...

Kindly request to consumer forum to take necessary action against the tne solution and stop them for continuing their fake job offer and fraud business.

Dear team, on 15thjune 2020, i have contacted on +91 [protected] for backoffice job which was posted on google
. Then a guy name sachin replied mi on my whatsapp that there is a online work of captcha filling from tne solutions fraud company for work from home job of entering 10, 000 captcha for 10 days and he ask mi to send the documents.. I have share my adhar card front and back photo on the same whatsapp number after receiving my adhar card photo.

They offer a job of entering 10000 captcha within 10 days.

On the same day i. E.15th june 2020, he send me an agreement link from [protected]@gmail.com. Following is the agreement link. http://csr.agreementweb.in/Agreement.php?id=NzAyMTE0NzM1NQ== which digitally signature required. Even the agreement has no letter head and no company name on the top.

I have seen and read the full agreement thoroughly. I haven’t accepted and haven’t signed the agreement. They have signed of their own. When i click over it it's disappeared and message shown that you are successfully registered.

Then i contacted to that guy he said no need to sign the agreement and after that he blocked mi on whatsapp, when i tried to call on the respective number multiple time he was putting his phone on switched off mode and was continewly disconnected my call multiple time.

On the same day, i have reached the review of this work from home on cyber crime site. Lots of complaint has been logged against this fraud company. So i have decided to discontinue that agreement with this fraud company from immediate effect from today. Which was totally fake?

The company doesn’t have any proper website, where we can find the address and products and offers of their work. They are working only on the links and makes the people fool.

They threaten the people and takes lots of money after by using threatening words like your case will give to the legal and a legal notice will be sent to the police.

I have got a call on 29th of july 2020 and that lady said demanded me of money rs.5400/- immediate pay within an hour and call/messaged continuously, and told me your case file will go to the legal and a legal notice will be issued against you. I was going in very deep depression due to this threatening messages and calls.

Also today (1st july 2020) i have received the mail on my gmail id that - by the aforesaid mail we inform you that we have received your file from our client ( tne solution ) in order to take steps for legal action against you for violating the clauses of the agreement duly signed and attested by you.
You are liable under indian contract act 1872 and other provisions according to law.

We are sending you the soft copy of the legal notice in your email and hereby you are informed to reply back to us within 7 days

This company is fake TNE solution they registered me without my permission and i havent signed any bond with them but they continuously sms and mail me about court notice and there all nos are spam in truecaller please take strict action on them

I got a call from a guy called Nilesh some third part guy n he said will give you work from home opportunity n asked for my late id ..thougt this is fishy n gave him voter id ..he then send me a mail from Gmail id n copy of agreement n asked to sign it digitally ... Now I got some link with password n login id . But did not proceed further...so i m lil scared this company should not create issues
