Tneb — Receipt not generated for online payment

I made payment of RS.880 against my consumer no:[protected] on 11/07/2015. Payment was successful and i received the SMS also in my mobile but tneb payment receipt not generated and the status is showing as amount due and also showed "Service not completed due to wrong operation / insufficient data. Please retry or contact customer support for assistance." Please do the needful to resolve the problem.
