TNSTC — bus boarding point change. and bus left before passenger arrival

The ticket was booked from marthandam to coimbatore for my sister, who is a college student. We were waiting in the bus stand for so long and when enquired it was told that the bus starts only from nagercoil and the passenger can be sent in some other setc bus till nagercoil. Hence the passenger boarded another sect - chennai bus to nagercoil.

On the way, the conductor of the chennai setc bus contacted the driver of the coimbatore bus and informed him that the passenger is in his bus and they have almost reached nagercoil.

Even after all these, the driver went without picking the passenger. When questioned through the bus depot, the driver was answering cold and in inappropriate manner. As a female college student, the passenger was suffering in the busstand till 10.00 pm.
