TNSTC — bus was cancelled but ticket amount not refunded

I have booked 2 tickets (Seat nos:17, 18) from bangalore to tirunelveli.

Date of journey:22.02.2019,
Route no:874ud,
Ob reference no. :ob12945184,
Bank txn. No: psbi[protected],

Trip code:1800bantiu.

Usually, i receive the message of the conductor number to my phone before 1 hour of journey. But that time, i didn't receive. I also waited for more than 3 hours from my boarding time. Finally on checking with tnstc customer care, they confirmed that the service was cancelled. They asked me to send a letter with the prinout of my ticket claiming my refund. It has been 2 months after sending my request along with the journey ticket. But still i haven't received the refund to my account. Please check and refund my fare amount rs.1530 to my bank account as soon as possible.
