TNSTC — half ticket

Please tell me sir, what is the requirements for half tickets. Because my child is12 years old. But she was height above 130 cm. I have booked online ticket, it calculate half ticket automatically generated. But in the koyembedu bus stand, they arare not acceptable in that one.
