I Boarded the SETC bus 460UD(12/04/2015)) from Erode to Chennai and i booked 2 seats(Seat number 25 & 26) on which Seat number 25 was not having the Push back facility, i complained to the conductor and he told to that the seat would have got struck and he did not help, later we noticed that seat number 6 was filled by a passenger and 7 was vacant, we requested the conductor for a seat swap, he strictly told that seat 7 is for driver so he cannot swap and he asked me to adjust in the same seat, I also noticed that he has on boarded few extra passenger who were sitting behind the drivers seat, where the driver and conductor could actullaly rest. Paying Rs.325 and it was a completed uncomfortable sleepless nigth travel, can the organization take responsibility and check the buses properly before its been sent for travel, also can this driver seat allocation to be cancelled when needed. Ps: I have got a c-section done just 6 months back, and this journey made me so uncomfortable. PNR Number:T10223667 Ticket Number:BD757726

    Bus no. TN 01 AN 0387..bus now on the way to madrurai...Here they started the bus by 1 hour late from cmbt bus terminal, chennai. Now still on the way to trichy. Because of like dis person people refused to come to government buses. Still they are careless in driving. They driving very slow and at the same time like doesnt know driving...simple driver and conductor not doing their duty...

      Conductor way of speech is not good. He spooked rudely. Actually my stooping is melmaruvathur but conductor asked get out from seat in acharapakkam before my stop that s 5 KM distance and asked to sit other pessenger for collect money for ticket. I asked why did you get out before my stop but he spoke roughly to me. he way of speach is not good. then i asked my change. he said come and collect in my depot. kindly take the below detail and take correct action. details- Date: 8/4/2015, Bus timing is 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm bus number: TN 32- N 3798

        I have travelled from Ramanathapuram to Chennai yesterday(05/04/2015) by SETC bus number 158 . When we reached Perungulathoor, Chennai. Conductor said that bus will not go inside Tambaram and it will go to CMBT in different route saying SETC buses are not allowed inside the city but I'm staying in Chennai from 2011 to till now. Never heard of this "SETC buses are not allowed inside the city". I asked bus conductor to go via tamabaram as usual but he was not speak to me politely. Very worst service SETC.           On 05.04.2015 I have started my journey from Vadalur to Trichy and We reached Trichy by 2.30 PM in the bus I have missed my bag (Shoulder Bag - Black Colour) in that bag my address Proofs (Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN CARD Xerox Copies are inside in the bag and my Axis Bank Cheque Book also in the bag and my Child School Group Photo also in the Bag.             Hi, Today (06-Apr-2015) morning at 6:30 AM I was there in the bus which started its journey from Uthukottai to Chennai. The points are given below. 1. The conductor who is giving the ticket is so ridiculous. He was shouting all the passenger without any courtesy. He was scolding like his own childs or his family members are travelling in that bus. Many old peoples and patients were travelling in that bus, they cannot able to hear that much shout from him. 2. An ordinary man like me who stepped up into the bus and he don't have any change at all. He is giving 1000 rupees note and he asked ticket from Uthukottai to Chennai. Suddenly that conductor whouting on him, scolding him and he stopped the bus in the middle of the way (where no bus will stop in that area) he pushed him out of the bus forcely. There is no point of pushing the passenger from the bus, that too he is giving the reason that "He is not having change for 1000". Is this is the way to behave with the passenger. Beauty is conductor is holding lot of 100, 50, 20 & 10 rupees notes with his hand and lot of coins in his packet. If he is struggling to give the change he can give the change after the passenger reach his destination. It gives the clear reason of No Humanity. 3. A college student who is showing his daily pass to this conductor, suddenly this conductor rising his voice and scolding that boy in bad words. This boy slowly trying to explain about the pass details, but that conductor is not at all hearing that boy's words and forcely he is getting his money from his pocket. Seriously he is a student and he is going to the college, this bledy man is behaving like a 3rd rate criminal. 4. I gave 100 rupees and got the ticket of 35 from Uthukottai to Chennai. This conductor gave the ticket and written the due amount of 65 at the back of the ticket. When the bus reached madhavaram koot road, conductor wantedly asked the passengers to collect the change. Myself (Rs. 65 due) and another passenger (Rs. 47 due) gave the ticket to that conductor. He gave Rs. 112 to me and asked us to share the amount. There is no point of giving the summed amount to me ans asking to share that amount to the unknown face. I know that we can give the proper change to the conductor, but unfortunately i don't have the change with me, then how do i suppose to give the rest of the change to that unknown passenger. I've asked the conductor to give the proper change to me, he is continuously shouting on me and he is saying that he don't have any change with him. I know he is having enough change as i told in the above statement. He barked me like a dog. Lot of times i've seen this conductor is doing the same actions for all the passengers. Even driver also supporting this conductor. The bus details and the timings as follow. Bus No - TN21 - N - 1765 Bus Board name - 103 N. Bus Starts from - Uthukottai Bus Destination - Chennai Koyambedu Bus Date & Timing - 06-Aprl-2015 06:30 AM Driver Name - Shanmugam Conductor Name - Don't know. Please take an necessary action to those driver and conductor.

I did one mistake when i booked my ticket thru online i was not changed to Electronic city as pickup point I told sorry when i entered in to the bus to conductor... But driver is scolding scolding as he likes i am very much disappointed at that time. I cried too. I dont know which i am asking right or wrong? Please tell me .. if i booked the ticket then i have rights to come r not..its my wish depends up on my time and my avaiability but within from shanthinagar to electronic city the driver sold my ticket... this was right? Please tell me.. Anyway u r not going to return my ticket...then how he sold my place... ok leave this... Actually my seat no was 38. Then he changed my place from 2nd seat to seat no:32... I didnt open my mouth too i followed as he telling. But the seat which he gave no:32 its not at all good... 1. Left side when i am sitting at the window at the point my dress was tared in the iron broken piece in damage place. 2. Next i thought to push back the seat its not working... 3. Then when bus moved seat came down wat i have to do... i have informed to conductor he checked and left the place... Why sir !!! These happened.. We all travelling for more than 8 hours... if it is short time we can adjust think our situation... Not only i complained in the bus too many person complained but u r not taking any action...                 Dear sir, I am a passenger travelling from Coimbatore to Gudalur, The Nilgiris on a regular basis. The cost of ticket for the above journey in a bus under TNSTC is 88 Rs. But whenever a passenger takes a ticket, For e.g. If 100 Rs. is given by the passenger, only Rs.10 is given back as balance. The conductor thereby retains the balance 2 Rupee with him. If asked he either says that he has no change or he threatens the passengers. This is the case with every conductor who operates in the Coimbatore - Gudalur sector. Therefore for a 55+2 seater bus, if the conductor retails 2 Rupee per passenger, then he illegally earns 110 Rs. and thereby for a return trip journey for the above sector, he approximately earns 220 Rs. So he illegally earns 6600 Rs. on a monthly basis. The passengers are terribly irritated because of this downtrodden attitude of the bus conductors. I hereby request you to kindly investigate this matter thoroughly and take a strict action regarding this issue at the earliest. Based on your enquiry and result, a copy of this compliant will be herewith sent to our Chief minister's official compliant page www.cmcell.tn.gov.in/ with necessary statistical datas if needed. Kindly do the needful.

                  mr Selvaraj, 444 BUS from housr to vellore 7:45 PM started at hosur, this conducted behavior is very bad and respecting the passenger he using low quality words to the passenger and he behaving's as a rowdy please take a necessary action on him.more over he asking passenger phone to be deposited to him to get changed.

                    my self thamilalagan travelling from madurai to kodumbalor chatram thru the tnstc bus - tn67 n 0795. conducter name is mr lakshmana perumal.during the boarding time i confirmed abt the stopage at kodumbalore chatram with the driver . he also confirmed that this will stopped at kodumbalore stage. when i approached the conducter for ticket for the particular location, he denied and abused me . more over he pulled me to de board at madurai itself.sir my only question is we are not a human to ride at the buses. is this a way the staff must dealing with the passengers.?requesting reply from your end.can be reached at [protected].

                      Hi, I was travelling from New Perungalathur to MCity today morning, I don’t have change with me so i took ticket by giving 108rs for 18rs. Conductor gave change of 40rs back and said he will give the remaining 50rs when my stop arrives. I went to him and asked for the change when my stop about to come, he said he will give the change when stop comes until then ask me to wait. Stop comes and i was step down from the bus, all of the sudden the bus started moving. I ask him to stop and he not even listen to my words. He just trick me and i felt i get cheated BUS NO – TN 32 N 3546

                        Dear Sir/Madam, It was noted for the past 3/4 months that especially on mondays, the driver and conductor of Erode to Ooty TNSTC bus which starts from Erode busstand at 5.00AM in the morning, reserves seats(especially ladies seats) for their friends/collegues by placing their towel in three or four rows of seats and not allowing fellow passengers to occupy them saying(it can be taken as scolding/cursing) that their friends/collegues will come for that seat. Moreover, some of the seats occupied as above, says to fellow passengers that their friends will alight at Vijayamangalam/Perundurai, which is nearly 25/30 kms from Erode. Do you people think that the passengers who are paying for their ticket for their travel has to travel in standing when your departments friends/collegues travel with seats vacant for 25/30 kms for their friends. Mostly, single lady passengers(especially college students/office goers) travelling alone find very difficult finding a seat since three/four rows of ladies seats are reserved by the driver and conductor of Erode to Ooty bus which starts on monday morning at 5.00AM. I have noted the above only on mondays and only for the past 3/4 months. I do not know for how many years this practice is going on. For the past three/four weeks my daughter who wants to travel in Ooty bus on Mondays alights the bus to find out 3/4 seats vacant and was informed that the same was reserved for their friends, and gets down and travels in Coimbatore bus which is a round about route. It is requested that necessary instructions may be issued to your drivers and conductors to look into the matter and make necessary arrangements for the safety of their passengers. m s saravanan [protected]

                          On online I have booked e-tickets to Thrissur from Madurai as detailed above, to my displeasure the authorities have cancelled the bus trip from Madurai, with the result I have to choose alternative mode. I send the refund letter and a remainder letter to authorities till date I am not receive any response from authorities. I am very much fad up of SETC on line serves..
                          Please arrange to refund the fare in full to me at once.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, Route : Thennur to Chennai (Via Srimushnam and Vridhachalam) This Bus daily started at 8.30 PM from Thennur to Chennai. Most of the times Sunday Night only this bus will come, Other days No one Knows this bus coming or not. In Sunday Night also they sent one kind of local sub-urban bus to go long drive to Chennai. This bus don't have any option to travel more than 5 to 6 hours.Irritating sound coming and vibrating more than 60 KMs speed, We are not able to sleep for sometimes with sitting, all travellers will go to office next day morning, This is very difficult to manage for us. We are all depending Public transport. We come to know that, Allotted bus re-directed to Trichy Route most the times. Please consider this for request and complaint, Please do the needful ASAP.                               Yesterday 20.03. 2015 I am traveling at 1.30pm madurai periyar bus stand to thirumanglam bus reg.no TN58N1498. I take 50rs. Ticket for one day travelling in madurai city. Ticket signing purpouse I request pen but he is used bad word. Ticket must put in passenger sign. Ticket No.11272. Otherwise penality paid for passenger. It is TNSTC RULE. But driver approaching very good. I really appreciate for driver.

                                The Pondy - Chennai (Bye Pass - Via Thindivanam Route) bus from Pondicherry which is supposed to start at 4.00 AM in the morning is not departing from the bus stand at the scheduled time especially during Monday's. The Bus driver departs the bus on his convenient time even before 3.30 AM and those office-goers who are about to come to Chennai finds it very difficult to reach Perungalathur/Tambaram on time because of non-availability of other bus via this route after this bus. Hence, advise the bus driver accordingly to depart the bus on the scheduled time. SP

                                  On 9th March 2015 I and my two family was travelling from cuddalore to chennai (via tindivanam) at morning 5.00 am in the government bus TN32 N 3958, the bus departs at cuddalore OT that is the only bus which departs from there.I asked the condutor to ticket for SRM university stop but he told that the bus wont stop there, I asked why, because I was going by government bus to there since 4 years. He replied me in a very bad manner that "the bus wont stop there it if you need, then you just get down from the bus" his speeches were like that he is the superior power and all the passengers were traveling at free cost. He is seeing all the passengers like an INSECT. I dont know who is giving him the superior authorities. Every body is under-treated by him and due to work load no body is having time to complaint.I am complaining on him because of his very bad and worst behavior on passengers and I request you to resolve it.Please keep a spy and watch his activities then you came to know the truth. Note: He is the only conductor who is there in that trip every monday mroning bus from cuddalore to chennai (via tindivanam) and that is the only bus which departs from cuddalore OT. Kindly take action on that conductor who was there on that day, please identify him by using the ticket which i taken on that day, I attached the ticket photo. The bus number isTN32 N 3958( cuddalore depot bus). I kindly request you to take quick action, HIS ACTIVITY IS REALLY MADE US FEEL BAD AND ALL THE PASSENGERS ARE FACING SAME PROBLEM AND UNCOMFORTABLE DURING TRAVEL WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY. Thank you .                                     I TRAVELLED FROM NAGAPATTINAM TO CHENNAI ON 08/03/2015 ON 324UD B.NO NGP B 817, REGISTRATION NO TN 01 N 9993.seat no 31, 32, 33, 34 are given for us.SEAT NO 34 IS VERY WORST & UNFIT FOR NEITHER SIT NOR SLEEP.I LOST MYsleep results piece of mind .PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY STEP TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

                                      Sir i am travelling to punalur in chennai kottarakara Ultra deluxe bus.as there is 17 hrs travelling i acquire a window seat that too at back.but the conductor told me to change the seat unneceSsarily which makes me very uncomfortable.i am not travelling for free and i ddnt sit On ladies seat then for what purpose these conductors are doing lIke this.many times this happens to me now if you wont take any Action against this kind of behavior by the conductors i ll take this issue to the social media.
