TNSTC — Not able to cancel the booked ticket from my login

I booked a ticket from pondicherry to chennai. Travel date is[protected] @ 6 AM.. I am now posting this compliant on[protected] @ 10.30 PM. As per the rules we cant able to cancel before 4 hours. Then why cant i able to cancel my ticket even there is 7 more hours to travel. This is stupid and tnstc service and staff behaviours are very worst. I want my ticket refund... PNR Number : T12696651

I booked a ticket from tambaram to chennai i tired to cancel to cancel my ticket before my journey but unfortunately am unable to cancel because cancellation option is not showing .I want my money back please refund.

I was entered correct mail I'd and number ..but I can't cancel my ticket..pls cancel my ticket and refund amount plss
