[Resolved]  TNSTC — TNSTC - Failed transaction, but ticket not booked

I have booked ticket from Nagercoil to chennai today, the amount was deducted but ticket is not booked. I need the refund as soon as possible. Phone no [protected]

Today (Oct 27, 2022) I booked ticket from MADURAI to CHENNAI for travelling Oct 27, 2022 in ULTRA DELUXE bus timing (22:05), 10.05pm by TNSTC App. Amount Rs.505 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. My TNSTC Reference Number: OB19372461.
Please refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

Today i booked my ticket by Setc for 31st oct, but status showing not booked, but amount got deducted. Please resolve this

I tried to book ticket in SETC from trivandrum to neyveli on 1/12/2022. The amount 1360rs has been debited from my account. But the ticket status was failed. Reference id : OB19718501. TNSTC please resolve this complaint

I've booked a ticket from Chennai to tuticorin today at around 1'O clock..but when viewing ticket it is showing failed..but the transaction was successful and also the amount debited from my account..Hope u resolve this issue ASAP..pls. OB.ref number: OB20036847
