The first consignment lying with Mumbai Customs for more than a week. Some additional documents were asked for which were provided. Apparently it is under customs re-examination. But for last 2-3 days no one is picking up phone and no update given. Only message we are getting is "I am on leave". Please ask a responsible person to call us and update the status.
The second consignment was cleared in Mumbai customs on 12th March but it is still lying in Bhiwandi (??). Please get someone to ship to the destination immediately. Was this information helpful? |
