Tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in — didn't receive username and password

Dear sir/madam

My name is sabira, i registered at tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in, after completing the registration the screen didn't come up.. I couldn't receive the username or password.. I waited that i will receive emails but i dint receive emails too..

Please consider this situation and please provide me my registration number and password.
