I purchased a mobile from Togofogo.com site trusting the Quality control. But unfortunately I received a Duplicate China product yesterday. . I have requested to intiate Refund and make arrangement to take back the product at the earliest .But the customer service denies stating that is not possible. Verified Support Apr 07, 2018 Togofogo.com / UPR eCommerce Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Greeting From Togofogo! This is to inform you that we have clearly mentioned on website what is the meaning of Refurbished category. As per website "These device are ‘almost new’ and might have some minor dent and scratches. This is a seller refurbished products. These products are further tested by QC team". But if you don't want this product then please pack the same with all delivered accessories. We can arrange reverse pickup after your confirmation and your refund will be processed within 10 days after received delivered product.
