[Resolved] Togofogo.com / Upr eCommerce — nokia 5233 & get nokia 1110 | |||||
I have purchased a refurbished nokia 5233 on togofogo.com for which i got a nokia 1110 free As soon i got the courier and opened the package, i noticed that both the mobiles are not charging right out of the box. I recieved the courier on 8th july 2017. As already said i thought of returning the product within 3 days of returning deadline But i visited the site everyday to check the status of my order. It never showed that my order is completed and it didnt show the return option. I wrote to the customer service regarding this. But all the response i got was an automated message after which i didnt get any response from them I called them today i. E, 15/7/2017 and the customer service person said me that the dead line for returning the product is over. I feel this this is some kind of gimmick played by the website people to avoid returns of the mobile. I have mailed them twice and no reply from them I have called the service people and he said it would take some time to update the status of my order. Which exceeded the 3 days deadline for returning the product Please look into this and help me get the product returned and and my money back.
