I have ordered NOKIA 5800 Express Music but I don't know if they knowingly or unknowingly send me a different model which is NOKIA 5230 that too I did PRE-PAID booking also the product is not good condition the power switch is not working and volume key also not working no cleaned properly. This is my request you to help me out and replace my product with correct product in good condition as soon as possible. Nov 15, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They Haven't called me or Mail. Myself called them and explained about the product they told me to send a mail with photos of packet & products. So, i did send immediately to them on 14/11/2018. at 3:10 PM. Togofogo.com / UPR eCommerce customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. As per the telephonic conversation, we have registered your complaint for replacement against of your delivered product. We will arrange the reverse pick by next working day and your complaint will be resolved in next 15 business days. Note- We accept your complaint when we receive your goods completely unused and accompanied with all the accessories. Requesting you to pack the product in a good manner using bubble sheet or foam. After receiving the returned product we will check the issue with our technical team, If no issue found apart from the highlighted issue so we will dispatch the same mobile to you without any internal external changes.
