I had ordered and paid Rs. 430/- online for a product.
It is now more than a month and product has still not been delivered.
After making several calls to customer care, Torki.com has not delivered the product. Customer care always says that will have to talk to the Backend team.
Tokri do not have any ticket system or complaint# to see any unresolved complaints.
There is another ORD-16934 of which items Glass cake was not delivered and refund not made.
