It's fraud company.. Don't buy any product from it.
Delivery not reached at time and customer care also forward wrong information...
They will not delivered my product on commited time and customer support also pass wrong info about delivery.
When i call for support team they dosent know there stock as well..
The company will not care about customer satisfaction or advertised wrong info for delivery in 60 minute.....

I had ordered and paid Rs. 430/- online for a product.
It is now more than a month and product has still not been delivered.

After making several calls to customer care, Torki.com has not delivered the product. Customer care always says that will have to talk to the Backend team.

Tokri do not have any ticket system or complaint# to see any unresolved complaints.

There is another ORD-16934...

My orders # - 19571 & 19572 have not been delivered, however on the site they are marked as complete. On calling their customer center they had assured delivery next day, however nothing has happened.

These 2 additional orders were created as they had brought wrong items, however on repeated follow-ups they have still not delivered. Also there is no option to cancel the order. If they are running short on the items they should...

I saw this huge one-page ad in a leading English daily and decided to give TOKRI.com a try (but only of the printed items and of freebies @ Rs1 during checkout. Let’s take this item wise.

1. Red Label tea 1 kg worth MRP Rs 430 at a discounted rate of Rs 390 plus 2 kg tokri sugar free.
The packaging by the company Brooke Bond shows clearly a marked down pricing to MRP Rs 390, so no discount is actually given by Tokri.com....

Received the order late then the time slot allotted for the delivery of the order and i tried calling then so many times but every time called them they told your order will be delivered in sometime but it was delivered late at night 10.30 also received a incomplete order from them.
