My orders # - 19571 & 19572 have not been delivered, however on the site they are marked as complete. On calling their customer center they had assured delivery next day, however nothing has happened.
These 2 additional orders were created as they had brought wrong items, however on repeated follow-ups they have still not delivered. Also there is no option to cancel the order. If they are running short on the items they should cancel the order and initiate the refund. Was this information helpful? |
