I had ordered a pair of ankle length shoes with air max sole sometime during January 2015 as the pictures of the product displayed on their website were really good. Despite follow up, they took more than a month to deliver my order no. TOD[protected], which was delivered on February 27, 2015. When I opened the parcel, I was shocked to see the product because it didn't look like the one displayed on their website from any angle and was of extremely inferior quality. The sole of the shoes are made of hard plastic and they are over all shabbily looking shoes. I immediately sent a mail to their support and return sections and got an auto reply that I shall be contacted by a support staff within 24 hours. However, no one contacted me till now and when I called up their helpline no one responded to my calls five times out of six calls. Each time I Was made to hold for more than half an hour. This one time the girl on helpline number told me to attach the pictures of the product and send, which I did on the same day itself. It seems I've lost my money.
