I have placed an order for 2 set of EGK 15W LED Bulbs for a total value of RS 1258/- on 19/sep/2015 we received the order by making the payment of RS 1258/-. After receiving the order we checked that the packet contains only on pack of 5 Bulbs and not two packets of 5 bulbs each. I immediately contacted the customer care and m/s Jyothi advice me to send a scanned copy of the invoice along with a photo graph of the packet received. To [protected]@tolexo.com i did the same but have not received any response from their side. It is a clear case of cheating the customer please beware of such companies. Neither deliver nor refund even after 20 Days of placing the Order.
My Order No. TOD[protected] Dated 02/22/2015 is still pending and customer care stop replying against my mails. I am going to file a complain with the District Consumer Court against Mr. Brijesh Agarwal, CEO, Tolexo.com by tomorrow.43%
