Tolexo.com — Order cancelled. Refund not received. | |||||
I placed an order on tolexo.com (#TOD[protected] on 11th December 2014, but these cheaters told me that product is not in stock so I have to wait 1 month. I waited and contacted them, but they told me to wait for 15 more days, then I waited till February 2015 but then they told me that my order is canceled and I will get a refund within 15 days. But till date I have not received any refund from them even after contacting them 10s of time. Please do something, it's nearly an year. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is wrong information.
I placed an order for Rs. 331 (see attached screenshot) and it is not refunded till date.
The details you provided is of another transaction which failed and I got the refund.
Please recheck.
