I have purchased A car cover from Tolexo which was damaged and already reverse picedup and the same inspite of several reminder via mails and calls they havent updated any status as to if they have delivered the product
really unhappy with the service and i have amade a payment but havent got my product yet
please suggest what can i do file a suit against the delay in product
and even the phone no have a long waiting time
