I had purchase 3 nos celing fan compton greaves decorative 70 watt From tolexo site from their listed seller prem enterprises on 10.06.16 By using debit card under order id tod[protected] and provided the shipping address for delivery. It is surprise to note as on today the seller or the tolexo has not take any initiative to to dispatch the item after passing 11 days. As on today i did not receive any communication from telexo regarding the delay in delivering the item. This is total irresponsible act of the the company for non delivering the item or not providing any relevant information for delay. If the item is not get delivered within 7 days further course of action will be initiated through consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |
