Tolexo — Delay in dispatch and no refund after cancellation.

I placed an order for stainless steel rulers of various sizes on 14th of Aug. i was told that it will be shipped within 4 days. I called them many times after 20th aug. everytime they ask that order is ready and will be dispatched in 24- 48 hrs. They did not dispatched till 26 so i finally cancelled the order and asked for refund. They told me that refund would be done in 4 working days. But today on 3rd when i called them they are asking for another 5 working days. They are cheating me and dont want to refund money. They are fake website And people. Please save yourself from them.
