Tolexo Order ID #TOD[protected]; haven't received the replacement product as they had sent wrong size safety shoes. When I trackednthe consignment in gati website it shows It's delivered in delhi. Furious! Customer service such a shabby thing both emails and calls. Please help me to get the money back as I don't want more arguments with this rubbish company. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please call me on [protected] on 18 July 2015 at 9 am. If not provide me the number where I can contact u as I don't want to waste money on helpline numbers which be in que to answer. What Is the address which courier partner has provided to you? my address is no.15, meenakshi nilaya, cheemasandra, virgo nagar post, bangalore 49. I am telling u the gati courier website shows clearly It's delivered to mr. Anand in delhi and your associate who handled my call accepted this mistake. My patience is getting to the maximum level. Please sort this soon.wonderful experience to your customers
