Tolexo — Misleading customers with wrong dispatch within days in their site | |||||
I've placed an order # TOD[protected] on 12-Nov and paid in full. Though the site claims they will dispatch order in 5 days, they haven't initiated shipping even after 12 working days. When I called customer service, they blamed the vendor for the delay. Tolexo has no control over the order we place and are misleading the customers by providing false promise in their site.
