Tolexo — Misleading customers with wrong dispatch within days in their site

I've placed an order # TOD[protected] on 12-Nov and paid in full. Though the site claims they will dispatch order in 5 days, they haven't initiated shipping even after 12 working days. When I called customer service, they blamed the vendor for the delay. Tolexo has no control over the order we place and are misleading the customers by providing false promise in their site. Placed orders on 27.01.2015. Items not received nor payment refunded.

I placed two orders at TOLEXO.COM # TOD[protected] & #[protected] on 27.01.2015. Till date the items have been received nor my payment has been refunded. Even after writing several times there is no response from TOLEXO.COM
