[Resolved] Tolexo — Non-refund for inferior / substandard products | |||||
I purchased a box of 10 LED bulbs of 12 watts each online from Tolexo. On the packing of each bulb it is stated that the bulb has a life of 32000 hours. However, when using, none of the bulbs lasted for even 5 hours. I therefore wrote to Tolexo seeking a refund / replacement of the defective / substandard product. Tolexo refused stating that there is no warranty, and if any, is with the manufacturer. they also stated that the complaint of the defective product should be made within 15 days of purchase. This is absurd because we can come to know the defect only on using the bulb. Was this information helpful? | |||||
