[Resolved] Tolexo — Not giving correct information against my order no. tod[protected] | |||
I placed order 8 nos boiler suit in different sizes on dt 21.11.16 with full payment. I regret to inform you that no body from tolexo or their logistic dept are giving right information about the delivery of my consignment. Further, i want to draw your kind attention that they had promised me to delivery my goods within 4 to 5 days from the date of placing order and i had given order and payment on 21 nov.16. But sorry to inform you that i have not received till date. And spoke to customer care of tolexo on today and they gave a telephone number of delhibery courier and told me to follow up with them about status my consignment as they have no news of shipment after 24th nov.16. After this i spoke to delhibery courier, but could not get any status of my consignment. This type of behavior and communication towards customers by tolexo is hurt me and delay of receiving created a huge loss.
