Tolexo — Not received order confirmation but amount deducted from my account for the order

I had placed an order for Eveready CFL bulbs on Tolexo on 11.07.2015 and had made a payment through Net Banking with transaction ref. no.[protected]IG0AIEKBT5 and amt transferred to [protected]. Since then I have not received any order confirmation communication from Tolexo. When I call and speak to the customer care they say there has been no such transaction taken place. When I ask them to look into the matter and help resolve the same when I have provided them the transaction details, the phone line goes mute.
