Tolexo — Not sending the product & not responding to our mails-

Following is my order NO- Order NO - TOD[protected] The above order was placed on July 4th. It have two different orders in it. One of the above order was received to me few days back. The quality of received product is very poor. The mentioned product was not sent. The pending order is yet not received. I was sent many mails to their customer care but they are not responding. I am demanding my refund for the balance order as they are unable to send the same even after 10 days gone.

Updated by paradm67 Even after lodging the complaint, they are not responding for same.
This is definitely a fraud company & should be published this every where.
