I had placed a order (TOD[protected].My order has been failed but money was deducted from my bank account. I had asked for the money refund but have not received any money till date. I was told that money has been refunded on 4th January 2015 ( i.d[protected], but on checking my account detail i came to know that no such transaction was done, same was the case today when i complained regarding the matter they told me that money has been refunded on 5th January 2015 ( i.d[protected] but still money has not come to my account. I have called them at least 15 times and wasted my phone balance, they are keeping me on hold for long and are asking for details but have not taken any action.
