An online order was placed on 25 September 2015 16:30 for 8 bulbs, Shipment was deliver on Tue, 6 Oct at 12:55 PM which contains multiple bulb that are faulty and when asked to replace Tolexo team does not provide any response from there end nor they have provided any replacement till date despite of multiple reminders. Had a very bad experience with this kind of customer executive. Request you to help us in getting our problem resolved.
