Order id tod[protected] friends full fowler bed (Full payment - paid) is still not delivered. Address and contact details are given correctly. It was requested for medical emergency. To discharge a patient from hospital and take care of him from home. Customer care - [protected] has been contacted multiple time and received the reply that escalation team is working on the request. Through e-mail contacts (Customer support [protected]@tolexo.com or call us at +[protected] created tickets each time - ticket #503154 & ticket #505420 and received the response of 36 hours to 72 hours of resolution for 1st ticket and 24 hours of resolution for 2nd ticket. Enclosed the product purchase details and confirmation from tolexo about the product delivery. The time line has already past and there is no further communication or update about the product delivery. Confirmed by seller - expected dispatch date[protected] Contacted customer care multiple times after 30th may 2016. Till date[protected] there is no resolution.
