Tolexo — Order not fulfilled | |||
Hi, I have placed my order (#TOD[protected] on Tolexo's website on 19th Jan 2015 and the shipping was with in 7days as per the website. Which would have been delivered to me in 2 weeks time when not delivered i checked the status of the order on the website. Which was "processing" from the day i ordered the stuff. On 1st Feb i called Tolexo's Customer care and asked for them "where is my stuff?", On which the customer care executive said it got delayed due to delay from supplier side and will be deliver in next 20 days time, on which i said her to cancel that order and refund me my money but she said that she will expedite the process and the order will be delivered to me by 15th feb and requested me to wait till then. On 16th Feb i called there customer care to know about the commitment they made but till today i am trying to connect with them as there automated answering machine says all the customer care executives are busy. On 20th Feb i wrote to their customer care email ask about my stuff and got a automated acknowledgement that they have register my request and a Ticket number id 46077. The mail said that "A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response within next 24 hours" Its been 96hrs now and there is no communication from tolexo. Its seems to be a fraud company as the products should have been deliver to an indian address from and indian address in at least in 1 month time or money should have been refunded.
