[Resolved] Tolexo — Selling faulty product | |||||
They are selling non tested poor quality product ( led Bulb ) due to same some my house wiring damages and now they are not ready to refund the amount or return product . moreover cheating customer by giving false commitments they are not giving warranty or replacement but no such information shared while selling this product .Now when i called on helpline num they refused to refund the amount asi am reporting after issue 33 Days . i want refund the same product can case life loss or damage other items . in 30 days our of 10, 6 Bulb got faulty and sparking it's poor quality product i even had .
