I recieved the subject bulbs. But on opening the packet, i found that two bulbs were damaged. These were not damaged during shipment, but were clearly sent as damaged pieces. The socket parts were loose and they are of no use to me. Hence it is requested that either the amount of two bulbs be refunded or else fresh pieces be sent. Your invoice no is tolex/utt13281/16-17/000015 dated 10.5.16.
