Tolexo — Wrong information and theft of money | |||||
Company took the money in for purchase of micro switch and for one month do not process any thing and after frequent calling I have been told that tolexo is not capable of process of order so they they want to refund the money after using it for one month, I am agree for same after 5 days when i called for refund i have been told the money is refund 2 days back with some transaction number . When I en-quire to bank for same . Bank official told no such things there . I made at two reminder with e mail to support team but they not turn up This is theft of money . I bought 10 EGK 15W bulbs. they stopped working just in two weeks. total wastage of money.
