I had purchased a Tommy Hilfiger bag from shopper's stop in July 2019.i used it only 2times for air travel.i saw a patch is come out.i sent mail and photo of the same on which dey asked me to submit from where I purchased.it is 40 km from my home.i went and submitted .I got a mail after 8 days saying it is not covered under warranty.cant dey just check the picture and tell it will not be in warranty.now I have to go and get it back again.it was not worth buying dat bag.if it's so delicate dey should mention fragile on da bag and also mention for car use only.
