Tommy Hilfiger — Broken luggage

I had bought a tommy hilfiger suitcase on the 02/08/2015, unfortunately the suitcase broke while i was traveling overseas. I went to your connaught place outlet in new delhi to return it and was given a receiving of the same on the business card, after 3 days i got a call from one of your staff members saying that we would not be able to anything about this suitcase as the same has been mishandled at the airport and mishandling is not covered in the warranty. Then i was given a number of someone with the name of neetu mobile no +91 [protected] who was rude enough not to take my call despite calling 5 times and didn't even bother to return my call which is very rude for a customer care executive handling the responsibility of a company with the gravity of tommy hilfiger.

I would like to ask a simple question we buy luggage for the sole purpose of to travel and not to keep at home, if the luggage has been mishandled at the airport despite having a fragile sticker on the same its not the customer's fault. A customer tends to opt for a renowned brand and pay extra bucks just for better quality and better after sales service.

What i feel is your company should start focusing not only on the sales or the aesthetic appeal of the goods but its quality and especially the after sales support to as that is what remains in the client's brain in the long run.

We hope that the company takes this mail in all its positivity for the future sales and orientation to the customers who are buying their products.
